The fashion industry runs on incomplete data purchase history tells you what someone bought, but nothing about how they wore it, what they paired it with, or what they'll want next. Maura was designed from the ground up to close that gap, turning wardrobe behavior into actionable intelligence for brands, stylists, and clients alike. Built zero-to-one, the platform spans product strategy, UX/UI, AI pipeline design, and SaaS architecture.

Challenge

The challenge was designing for three fundamentally different users: brands who need control, advisors who need elegance, and clients who need frictionless personalization. Privacy became a core product decision as competing luxury brands needed to coexist within the same wardrobe ecosystem without ever exposing each other's strategies. In addition, building an AI curation layer that could earn the trust of clients who've spent decades developing a refined eye required a level of accuracy and nuance that went far beyond standard recommendation logic.

Conclusion

Maura is set to launch in 2026. As of April 2026, the platform is in full build mode. The mobile app is undergoing rigorous testing with target audiences while a robust dashboard experience is being designed to give brands and stylists deep insights into their products and the markets they serve. Meanwhile, the founder is crossing time zones, bringing Maura's vision directly to luxury industry professionals around the world.
